Hey does anyone know any foods that are high in calories but low in carbs? (other than peanut butter)

  Red Meats, Avocados and nuts.

  Brazil Nuts - 85% (Good) Fat
  Avocado - my problem being that I usually eat it on toast
  Any oils

  Avocado is great. Pretty much anything that's high protein or high fat will work. Cheese is another good choice.

  Avocado is awesome on a bacon cheeseburger (no bun to cut carbs.) It's pretty much my ultimate food for macronutrients
