quick question

I have 2 work out videos I did today and I am trying to figure out how to log them. One is a kettlebell workout and the other was biggest loser cardio, but I didnt see either in the database. Am I missing something?

    just probably means no one else has done those programs and logged them just create a new entry with the calories burned. I had to do that with some of my exercises

    i log my kettlebell workout as circuit training!
  • kettlebell would probably be circuit training and what do you do in BL cardio?
