I have been at the weight loss battle for a few months now, exercising 4 days a week for about 60 minutes and I stopped drinking pop, I am frustated with the slow results. My focus now is improved tracking of caloric intake, with hope of further success. The website is very encouraging.

Using this website effectively and consistently and keeping yourself limited to the amount of calories you need to be in a deficit will make your results come faster than any kind of exercise ever could. I always say cardio and exercise of any sort can never balance out a terrible diet. When losing weight I'd say its about 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Keep it up though don't get down when the weight loss slows up it's just time to try something different and throw your body a curveball!! Keep up the good work!0
