HI! I'm new

Hello,

My name is Danielle. I am new to the message boards here at myfitnesspals.
I've been using the program for a couple of months, getting used to how it works. Love that I can access when I am out and about too!
I am down about 10 pounds so far. 4 since I've started tracking here.

My goal is to learn to change my eating patterns, so that I can maintain my weight loss.

I am looking for friends who can keep me encouraged and motivated.
