Restarting 30ds after a break..

Hmmmmmm since I have taken nearly 2 weeks off 30ds, should I just start again from level 1 or do 30 days of levels 2 and 3......what do you think?

    If you can do 30 days of Level 2 and 3 I say go for it :bigsmile:

    Do whatever is just above your level. So, if you can handle level 1 with no problems, move on to 2 and 3. Personally, I would do level 1 for a day or two just to get back in the rhythm if you haven't exercised in a while.

    Thank you so much for your replies....think I'll give level 2 ago and if I feel I am going to collapse will go back onto level 1 for a couple of days :)
