    That terrific, but if you still have more weight to lose, don't give up till it's gone! I' ve done that so many time I cann't tell you, if some one tells me I've lost weight it was a sign I could stop, only to gain it all back and then some. Keep with it ! This is a lifestyle change not a "die t"! :smile:
