I bought a Curves one from Avon a few years ago. Its digital and it seems accurate. You can always weigh a bag of flour or something to test its accuracy. I think as long as you use the same scale to track your progress and not rely on the one at the gym, at home or at the doctors; because they will all be different.0

I use the Weight Watchers scale too. Very consistent. When I used my old scale, there were days when I'd weigh myself twice within five minutes and be 7 pounds off!0

They mean to not even use a scale. Just to see the inches lost. I prefer weighing myself and once a month having my PT measure my inches. I just uise a BMI digital scale from Target that costs about $30. So far so good.0 -
