this morning i thought id try on my uk size 6 jeans that 2 weeks ago i couldnt even get done up 
to my surprise they slid on with ease and did up perfectly 
i cant believe when i started this 2 months ago i was barely able to squeeze into a size 12 i feel on top of the world 30lbs lost and i couldnt feel better if i wanted to
