Not good enough!

I am starting my 8th week of boot camp this week, and I surely thought I would see the weight just fall off. NOT HAPPENING! I have lost 6lbs, but my weight fluctuates quite a bit. There could be a 4lb difference from one day to the next! I know I shouldn't weigh myself daily, but I think it helps to keep me from snacking.
I have lost 2 inches in my waist, and everyone tells me I look much better, but my clothes fit the same! I'm wondering where I look so great at. :grumble:
I ordered the CHA LEAN workout videos, and after seeing the posts saying it's a slow workout, I'm not sure if it will work since I've been attending these boot camp workout classes. Any advice, whether it be for workouts or diet ,would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks so much!
*Forgot to note that I lost the 6lbs in the first 2 weeks, and nothing since!!

Stop weighing yourself everyday. I had to force myself to only get on the scale once a week and it has helped me sooo much! I was getting so frustrated watching my weight go up and down. Get a measuring tape and ditch the scale. You shoulde be proud of yourself for the workouts that you have been doing!! :happy:0

I had my fat measured with calipers prior to 8 wks with a trainer boot camp style. The scale showed a 1 pound weight loss but the fat was 4% reduction. That is awesome in that time period.
Remember the less you have to lose, the longer it takes.
You are making your body healthier, revel in that joy!!
