Any tips on shedding baby fat?

I just gave birth a little over a month ago and I was wondering if there were any other mom's out there that had any good work out routines. I know walking is a good one but just wondering if there was anything else I should add to my daily life.

  • Go to Walmart and pick up two different Jillian Michaels DVD's. One is called NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES! and the other is called the 30 day shred! Both videos are phenomenal and only cost about $7-$9. You can also get really cheap dumb bells (you only need 3-4lb ones) and do the video when you baby takes a nap! IT WILL WORK WONDERS!! good luck!

    Me newest baby boy is 6 weeks old and I am only 4 lbs away from my prepregnancy weight. I have been counting calories, breastfeeding, drinking as much water as I can in a day ( aiming for 100 oz), as well as doing workout dvd's such as belly dance, standing abs, yoga, butt bible, biggest loser cardio) and I walk to the convenience store near us ( 3 miles round trip) 3-6 times a week, I also do my treadmill on an incline as often as I can.

  • I'm definitely going to look into those DVDs tomorrow when I can :) I'm FAR from my pre-pregnancy weight lol but it's always nice to have other momma's to talk to and relate with

    Ive had two children and have been all over the board with the after baby weight thing. It will come off! My youngest is going to be 3 in Dec and Im proud to say i am the weight I was in grade 11 but have never been in such good shape. Just started level 2 of the 30 day shred 2day. Don't rush to lose all the weight really fast especially if your breast feeding. Good luck..there are alot of good people on here that will heip you and give you motivation.
