  • It's designed for 10 days for each, but I started level 2 at day 6. I'll probably move up to level 3 earlier than I'm supposed to too!

Create your own. Jillian says it burns 503 cals/hour.

It is up to you....if not challenged enough with level 1, move to 2, if it takes you longer than 10 days to master level1 do it.....when i did my two rounds i did level 1 for 15 days, level 2 for 30 days and level 3 for 15 days (total 60 days),

I did find level 2 the hardest of all 3 levels

When I did the 30 days straight I did 10 days for each level. I now mix it up with her other videos. If were to do all 30 days on that one video I would rotate the three days every day. I got bored doing the same work out every day for 10 days.

If you use an external website to calc your calorie burn, use circuit training or calisthenics. I always use an external calorie burned calculator so I can base it on my current weight. I think the exercises in this database will calc the calories burned based on the weight of the individual who input it at that time.

Most people do 10 days at each level, but Jillian actually recommends doing it 6 days a week. Having a rest day is good for you.

I made a custom workout and used my HRM. I only burn around 130 calories doing 30DS.

I use my HRM each time I do a new level (or each day if I feel like strapping it on - it depends on how cold my hands are haha).

I do a custom one and called it 30DS.

For level 1, I burned roughly 130-140 calories. Now for level 2, I burn 140-160 calories.
