Sorry guys. I won't be able to do much for the rest of the month. I had a biking accident yesterday and my doctor advised me to obstain from running for 3-5 days, biking for 5-7 and swimming for 10-14. I am so upset right now but I know that my knee needs to heal properly.0

I wasn't planning on it as tri season is over for me (I'm stuck indoors all winter). If someone else wants to they are more than welcome to. I'll send them the speadsheet with the formulas if they want.0
