Changed my settings.....

So I have increased my calories/day to 1470 (was at 1200 per my own settings) per MFP recomended atuo settings. Hoping this will help boost me off this plateu somehow. Thoughts?????

I'm doing exactly the same. I've been in a plateau for about 3 weeks. I've lost some weight so my old number was all the way down to 1280. i boosted it up to 1450 or so and I've definitely felt better. We'll see in a week or so whether it leads to more loss.0

I believe it should help. I always felt horribly deprived at such low calorie levels, and would get fatigued very easily. It's much much easier to be active when you are giving yourself adequate fuel!0
