How much do you run each day?

I am currently running a 10k each morning, 6 or 7 times per week. Some say that may be too much? What do you think?

There are those who do more and those who do less. How are you feeling? If you're not injured and you're enjoying yourself, then I would rather guess you're fine. Although, a weekly DOR might do your soul/sole well.0

I don't think it's too much. If you feel good, then do it!! The human body is amazing! I ran 60-70miles a week for over two years!! I just don't have the time anymore!!0

"Too much" is relative. If you can do it, do it!0

Depends on the day, but I have a crazy schedule. I run 3-4 days a week, sometimes it's 3 miles, sometimes it's 10, and anywhere in between. I use a schedule based on a training plan from Runner's World Smartcoach. It's helped me get a great time on a 10k and a half marathon. Right now I'm using it for maintenence, but will soon use it again for another 1/2, a 25k and a full marathon next fall.
My body doesn't like to run every day, it just does better with a day of rest in between. But to each their own!0 -
I want to run up to about 50 minutes regardless of the distance. I'm at 35 min at one time plus 2 sets of 10 min divided. after that I will increase my distance in that time. 3 times a week, want to do 4 times also.0

I run 10 - 12km 5-6 days a week with a longer 20km run on weekends. For me, it is too much but I love it I can get away with it for a few months and then start getting injuries (knees, calves and ankles). Reluctantly then I have to move back to cross training - running every other day and then supplementing with 30km cycles or swimming in between. As soon as I'm all healed I do gravitate back to running again though (despite my continual promises to my physio that I've now "learned my lesson with overtraining"). If you can get away with it without things hurting too much I wouldn't be concerned. If you start getting injuries I'd back off and find a few other things that you can cross train with.0

nothing wrong with that
training-wise you may want to try running longer once a week (if you aren't already) - not sure if you are running the same speed & distance most every run - if so, you should mix it (fast some days, easy other days)
I consistently run 45-50+ per week (actually just hit 2,000 miles for the year yesterday)0
