Ok So I started my Boot Camp over two weeks ago and so far I have lost nothing a big FAT zero I am starting to get really down about it. Now my pants are fitting better so I have been told that must be losing inches and I am sure I am but we don't take our measurements again for another week or so but I just wish the scale would start moving too.
Every day when I out my food in and clicked I am finished for the day it tells me that by now I sould be at 212 and I am not even close :brokenheart: I'm so down and I need to get back up cause if not I'm going to fall off track, Now I'm not going to quit my boot camp or anything I am still signed up for another 8 weeks but I wish I could be like my two cousins who are doing this too they have both lost over 30lb and one is not even doing any type of activity at all.
Any advice

Hi!
I know how you feel. I've been starting and re-starting several fitness/diet programs since last year and my weight doesn't budge, or budges a little then goes back. I'm starting a new one now and this time HAS to be different.
I'm first really up-ping my workout intensities. I want to SWEAT and get my heart PUMPING! Next week, I'm going to crack down on my food. I think maybe you should try re-assessing your diet. If you can weigh/measure everything you eat, and make sure you exercise more than what you eat, it's impossible that your weight won't budge. I know it's tedious to measure everything but maybe you can do it for a couple of days to study how you're eating. It might move slow, but I'm sure if it'll move. Just keep at it!0
