yess I need a challenge
Just take a look at the ones in there and see if any of them appeal, if they do there should be a person to contact. If none appeal consider making your own, doesnt have to be complicated.0 -
I didn't know there were challenges. Sounds like a great way to keep motivated.0

If anyone wants to "advertise" their challenge go to the link i posted further up this thread and follow the instructions. It saves everyone having to trawl thru searches looking for active challenges.0

BTW the Zombie group is not my challenge, and I wasn't advertising it. Just trying to help out the original poster. That's the only one I know that just started up.
To everyone else, I find groups keep me accountable, I love trying to keep up with people and being challenged. Challenges are good mostly because once you post in there you don't want to fail. Post away and work on it. I still need to convince myself I can do P90X. I want to do it but I don't want to fail. People on here that have done it are an inspiration. I think once new years comes and I am in better shape I will do P90X and then do my 120 bike ride through Costa Rica. Day one looks easy 40 miles, 90% down hill ( that still leaves 4 miles up hills.) Day 2 is 45 miles with 40 % downhill 20 % flat and 40% uphill. Day 3 is not to be discussed because it is 40% level and 60% uphill. This will be my April Challenge to be fit enough to think I can do it. I know right now I am not.
To all MFP challenge yourself to do things that's the only way to keep in line, and progress.0
