Weight Gain

Does anyone have any ideas of why, if I'm sticking to the same food plan as always and exercising more regularly, have I gained back 6 and a half pounds in the last 2 weeks? I'm freaking out and having a lot of trouble dealing with this or figuring out why it is happening. I could definitely use some support or input! Thanks!

It could be water retention and/or gaining muscle....

It's definitely water retention. how's your sodium been?
With exercising more your body needs more food as well so don't be afraid to eat back those exercise calories.
As far as gaining muscles, it's not. So don't even think that. Read this:

If you have been diligent with your eating and tracking, then I agree with water retention. Muscle weighs the same as fat, you look better but will weigh the same.

Thanks everybody for the encouraging responses! It must've just been a weird fluctuation. My weight is back down to where it was before0
