Hi there...less than 1 year until cousin's wedding!

Hello All!
I'm so excited to be doing this. This is a great site and it is based on weight loss practices that are proven--diet and exercise and the SCIENCE of losing weight. No one has ever explained it to me like this before. It has always been "Just eat less" or "Just exercise more" or "don't eat sweets" or "just 'watch' what you eat. I am very excited to be doing this and tracking the exact date that I will reach my goals. I can't wait!!!!

I want to lose this weight for myself and my health. But I've set a reasonable and desirable goal for myself to keep me motivated. By August of next year I hope to be down about 35 pounds. It won't be easy, and it may be close, but I am going to do it! And I am going to post every day until I meet this goal! Can't wait!
