My heaviest was 240lbs and without a scale i have no clue what my weight is. However the white pants is a 16w and prior they were tight on the thighs...now they are not. The shirt when i first bought it i couldn't even sip it up. The next time i tried it on, I could fit it but it was tight and I could get the shirt over my hips, now I can still alittle tight but look at me now lol. Still have a ways to go,

Great job! Forget the scale. Take your measurements
and keep track of that. But, either way you're obviously
