How many of you work out with kettlebells? I had been following a DVD workout (that included non-kettlebell moves as well) but now will be working out in an area where I cant be near the TV.

Does anyone know of a printable chart out there that lists the different moves you can do with the KB or else maybe a printable routine? I cant seem to find a decent one online.

Thanks!

  • I used to do Cross Fit, and we used Kettle Bells. Here is a link to some Cross Fit Kettle Bell workouts. I haven't actually viewed any of these videos, but I'm sure they will give you some ideas. Good luck!

Have you tried copying a routine from Youtube? I know most of the DVD workouts I use have timed intervals, and the times aren't always the same for each move.
  • York fitness have various routines for kettlebells here:

My york fitness kettlebells came with diagrams showing the exercises, but couldn't find a printable version online. Here is a link to demonstrated exercises:

4 years and counting. Also clubbells and a few other oddities.

The internet is thick with content. Try this site, it puts a bunch of video sources in one place.
