Hi My name is Dawn from Norfolk

I have been referred to here by MiniMins, started tracking yesterday. I am a typical yo yo dieter, so restarted yet again.

    1. Stick with it.
    2. Be honest with yourself.
    3. Overestimate calories and underestimate workouts.
    4. Be patient. It took over 20 years (depending on age) to put the weight on. It will not come off over night.
    5. Take the information in slowly. Just concentrate on the calorie deficit for now. Work your way into the ins and outs as you progress.
    6. Trust the system. It works!
