THE NOVEMBER JUMPING JACKS CHALLENGE

okay my challenge for this month is 3,000 jumping jacks .... which is roughly about 100 jumping jacks a day
you can do more if you please .. if any one has any ideas about this to add anything feel free to add me and message me .
also feel free to join as November is coming up very soon..... i am very excited about this !!!! and i hope it goes well
please no negativity

  • Wow...I want to say I'm in because I just accepted my first challenge this week and it is so motivating! But, (of course there always has to be a but) I just started a new job this week and my partner has been working extra long days so I have to get home to take of the dogs and have not been making it to the gym and I am worried not only for my personal program but also for my challenge this week. So after a lot of blabbing I will think about it and get back to ya! Thanks for posting this challenge.
  • yes.. any jumping jacks you can do throughout the day is fine any where anytime ..... just have fun and if any one needs motivation im here lol everyone needs a push sometimes... and everyday you come back to this message board and write how many jumping jacks you did ... and if your feeling 100 isnt enough i encourage you to do as many you like >>>>

    I'll give it a go. Will have to go downstairs to gym though, so my neighbors don't think there is a jumping maniac above them ;) Wooden floors suck!

    Done with my first 100! I'm going to shoot for 10,000 in November because while it really got my heart pumpin, I know I could do more. So 333 a day starting in Nov. It's an extra 80-90 calories a day so that will be great! :)

    That's a great idea! I love jumping jacks and the fact that you CAN do them anywhere! I'm going to add this challenge to my regular workout regimen as well.:-)
  • I will join this challenge! I'm new to the site and i think this will add to my motivation! I'm considering doing 50 in the morning, 50 in the evening and adding in some pushups.
