Travel Hangover!

Oh my! I was traveling all last week and I don't know what happened. I worked out the first day and felt great! But by day 2 I was a room service junkie followed by "vacation" foods (ie fried, fast, fattening). So this morning I got back to oatmeal and egg whites, Chicken and rice for lunch, two 100 calorie snacks and I am about to have a serious break down. Can I make it to the gym or will the couch suck me up!

    Good Luck! I know what it's like to travel and fall into bad habits. You're going to have to try harder next trip.
