Friday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Power Knees
Let's see if we can do 300 of them.
These are tough so it is a challenge...However, some of you may recognize them.
You can use both legs or just one...this time it does not matter.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I will try and do these. Feeling a little ill at the moment but hopefully that will settle down once I have showered and got ready. Just trying to bring myself to get out of bed but it is hard work!0
