There is an app on Facebook that allows you to upload a full length pic of yourself and they will alter it to show you what you might look like at up to 50 pounds lighter. I read about it in Self Magazine, and I went to upload my pic. I think that this could be a great motivational tool. Put your "after" pic on the fridge so that when you go in for ice cream you can remember that you want to be an "after". Has anybody used this?

    Yes. You have to log into facebook to get it.

    Mine took about a week. They're really pretty cool.

    Yep. That's all I did mine for.

    Ok...I'll stay patient...I did mine on 4.1 and an after picture hasn't posted yet.
