"I Run" - A Poem

I Run because I like it,
I would rather use my feet than bike it.

I Run because it makes me feel good,
It makes me feel better than any drug could.

I Run because it helps keep me healthy,
It sure beats having the doctor see more of me.

I Run because of the sense of accomplishment,
Nothing quite like knowing, YES I DID IT!

Most Importantly, reason five,
I Run because it makes me feel ALIVE!
