Cooking without oil?

I'm trying to cook without as much oil (I use olive oil mainly). I don't use vegetable oil or canola oil (reminds me of a fish fry).

What alternative have you found/use? :)

    I still use oil but I have found that I don't need to use as much as I used to. And I have realized that scrambled eggs are just as good when cooked with no butter or oil at all.

    flora one cal spray oil :) not the same but its wicked xx

    I use non-stick pans with chicken stock to replace most of the oil when stir frying.
