C25K week 4

Well, week 4 is done! It started off very frustratingly but ended up very well... my phone turned off, then I chose the wrong week, by the time I got squared away I ended up running an extra 3 minute interval. That's ok, that means that I ran 19 minutes total today, only 1 minute shy of what we'll be doing at the end of next week. PLUS, during the last minute of my last run I really pushed it. I mean, I might have actually been sprinting. Say whatttt??? Yea, tha'ts right, sprinting!!!!
Good job to everyone on completing their runs! See y'all in week 5! =0)
Have a great weekend,

W4D2 done! I noticed a big improvement from W4D1. I also noticed a huge improvement when I did my turbo fire workout yesterday. Keep running!0

C25K Week 4 COMPLETE!!!
Never thought that would happen ( if you would have asked me last week ).
Day 1 was hard
Day 2 we did well
Day 3 we did well and extra!
Amazing!
I haven't looked at what we are supposed to do for Week 5. Afraid to look but I know there will be a Week 5 thread come up soon...
Keep pushing forward.0 -
WEEK 4 COMPLETE!
I think I must have pushed myself too much on day 1 because I couldn't complete it. I did day 1 again and I actually thought it was pretty easy - I slowed myself down! So I did 4 days of week 4 and I am ready to move on to week 5, however I'm not too sure how I'm going to handle day 3 of week 5 (20 minute run!!!)
You're all doing amazingly well and you're great inspiration! Thank you for all your support too0 -

Love your attitude, Fit.
You didn't let disappointment mess you all up - you found a way around it and kept on going.
Some days I think will be like that ...just feeling off or can't get the breathing right.
Sometimes the colder air affects me...sometimes its aches and clutter in my head that can affect me.
Keep pushing forward...so glad we are all doing this together!!0
