Healthy Thai peanut sauce?

Even with using lite coconut milk peanut sauce is sooooo calorie laden! I have recently gotten a very nice wok and am starting to make more stir fries. I would love to find a recipe for a healthy peanut sauce to go with my stir fries. Othen ideas for lite sauces that would work well in the wok are definitely appreciated as well. No soy sauce though. I can't stand the stuff!
