Sick in Bed for Two Weeks, How do I get back on track?

I have had, among other things, a bout with bronchitis. So, the past two weeks have left me with little energy and, for the most part, bed-ridden. I am building up my appetite again, but don't even know where to start with activity. I have been doing some light stretches but don't know if I should even think about running for at least another two weeks. What is your suggestion?
Some additional background:
Before I got sick, I got in shape a little bit by completing level one of Jillian's 30DS. I have quit 30DS for now, per my doctor's suggestion that I go light on the exercise for a bit.
I was also working on c25k, and found week one to be pretty easy. I had been running bits 'n' pieces around the track a little before that, but found it tough doing it my way. I want to get back into c25k.
Thanks for your input! :flowerforyou:

I feel your pain! I have been having multiple spinal taps in the last 2 weeks which have caused severe headaches. Before the taps I was hitting the gym daily, and now I am not able to, I am not even able to go to work
. Because I can not go to the gym I am trying to eat the best I can in order to not go over calories and gain weight. I am hoping to get back into the gym sometime this week. Just keep thinking about the journey and you will get back on the wagon and it will keep you motivated!
