During exercise what is the limit my heart rate should be? I am 48 yrs. old. I know it used to be 160, but i am sure it's changed now due to me being older, i have not checked it in a while.

To get an idea where it might be, 220 - age, putting you at max heart rate of 172. There's going to be a standard deviation of 12 bpm though.

If not using the heart rate reserve method, a decent range to exercise in would be 60-75% of max heart rate.

    So between 103 and 129.

This is all purely estimation as I do not know anything about you or your medical history.
