Hi there

I am from Cape Town , South Africa. I was a slimmish teen and struggled to maintain this through my twenties.
When I fell pregnant I made the worst mistake : I ate far too much. Both times :(.

I managed to lose some oft his weight (10kg so far this year), but now I need to lose the balance, which is around the 20kg mark.

    I am also from cape Town, although now living in London. <wave>

    I am trying to lose weight after the birth of my second child - I had let the weight creep up prior to getting pregnant which realy hasn't helped. MFP is a great tool and resource. I will add you right now!

    Good luck on your journey and well done on a great start...
