Just started myfitnesspal and heard that you can see a report each day that shows how much you'll gain/lose in 5 weeks if you consume the same nutritional content that day for the next 5 weeks. Anyone know how I can view this?
Also, any other helpful tips for how to start on here?
Thanks!

Once you complete your daily food log and enter it you'll see it near bottom of that screen.
Add picture , some info about you and your goals and make sure you log everything daily in the begining. Oh, and add some friends to cheer you on. Good luck.0 -
At the end of the day, when you close out your diary, there is a notification message that appears at the bottom of the diary page telling you this information. You only see it when you complete the diary.0
