    Only got 3 miles in, soooo windy, I'm going to do more in the arena at my school after class.

    Happy Monday! I ran 11 miles today! Don't know why, but I felt like I could go all day long... love runs like that.

    Didn't run today, hit the elliptical and weights instead. Back to Week 4 of Couch to 5K tomorrow :drinker:

    Have you changed your stride (longer)?

    It was a great day for me 5.5 blazin' and felt like I could run 5 more but I didn't have enough time.

    A paltry 2.5 for me today. I wanted to do 4, but ran out of lungs and time. Try for 4 again on Wed.

    Took Monday off (unless you count driving 4 1/2 hours in white out snow conditions) Had a great 10K race on Sunday. Perfect weather (northern style - 40s and sunny) The course was along the waterfront of Lake Ontario. Son and I had planned to start week 3 of couch to 5K but arrived home to snow covered roads in our subdivision. Hopefully roads will clear in the next couple of days.

    How old are your shoes? That is usually where I start when a new ailment arises.

    Do you stretch your hips? Any knee pain? I guess I'm wondering if it is IT band or hip problems.
