Hey everyone. I have been on here for about 2 months now and haven't wrote anything on here. I am a 22 year old college volleyball player and am trying to lose at least 45 pounds for my senior season. I have been pretty successful, but finding it hard. I'm 22 years old and can't drink (hard to be around my friends), can't eat fast food (hard to be around my friends), etc. Get the drift? I'm going to keep pushing through! I will keep posting. Hope to meet some cool people on here!

    Welcome to MFP!!

You can still be around your friends eating fast food.... as long as you can resist the burgers and fries, opting for salads and grilled chicken instead!! And as far as the drinks go.... maybe you can do that 64 calorie beer (I don't drink beer so I couldn't tell you much about it) or Diet Coke and a lighter caloried alcohol (uh, no clue here, you'd have to research that a bit, sorry!! haha). It's all about learning the work arounds to a new, healthier lifestyle.
