My name is Scott, I'm a 47 yr. old father of 5 happily married to my best friend Emily (I hope to get her on this site in the next few days). I'm excited about using this site to help me achieve my fitness goals. I stopped working out and lifting weights 5 years ago. I went from a fit 190 lbs. to a very unhealthy 246 lbs. In June I joined a gym and I have lost 21 lbs and want to lose 20 to 25 more. More importantly I have the desire to change my eating habits for good. I have been experimenting with cooking "clean" foods and avoid the lure of "fast" foods. I am fired up by the use of the this website as a tool to give me every advantage possible to get where I want to be.
