hello everyone does anybody know what the calories on 1/2 a cup of steam rice ?? Can't seem to be able to figure it out. I know that the single one cup minute rice is 200 cal. Would the calories apply the same to any white rice??????????????? Help!!!

    The database has entries for Panda Express steamed rice. You can also generically search for "white rice" and you'll get the MFP entries for cooked rice (the ones without a * next to them).

    I just went into add food and entered steamed white rice. I came up with 1 and 2 cups. If you select the 1 cup and in serving size put 0.5 it will give you the calories for 1/2 cup.

    I checked their site and they said that 8.1 oz is 380 cal. so I guess you just divide that in half and that should be pretty accurate.
