Hey guys Im proud to say I started at 525 lbs Oct 1st and as of Oct 23 I weighed 485lbs, tomorrow is weigh day and i cant wait (pun intended)

I do a min of 45 min of walking a day and sweatin' to the oldies 3, I also have a 1400 cal a day diet (dr approved)0
