The oatmeal I normally make ahead of time per instructions on the package and store in the fridge.
For some reason, the image is a bit to wide to show the entire macro nutrients.
This has just 138 sodium and a nice 8 grams of fiber to boot.

I've been doing something similar except mixing steel cut oats with quinoa and 1 tbs of rolled oats at the end. Plus fruit, usually a banana and some craisins.
Tasty, filling, and wards off hunger until mid afternoon.0 -
Yeah, I'll eat this at around 6:30 AM and am good to go until lunch easy...0
