Hi everyone,
I have been using MFP for 4 weeks today. I was skeptical initially on haw easy it would be to use and how well it would work, but I have lost 13lbs in 4 weeks, and I am very excited to see what the next year or so will bring. I have been using the mobile app since day one, and this is my first time on the website. So a shout out to everyone on here who is doing their thing. Congrats to everyone and their successes!
