Yes this is yet another random TOM question. I figured I'd join one of the many people I've seen asking random junk. lol But on a more serious note, what do you do when your "lady" cramps are lets say the equivalent of having someone kick you in the kidneys for a few hours?

Lie down with a heating pack, warm shower or bath, exercise.

i get severe cramps myself......a heating pad works wonders for me! plus ibuprofen0

usually exercise does not improve or make the cramps worse for me so I just gut it out and workout so at least I don't feel lazy and gross...heating pad,,,or even those icy hot heat patches over the area.0

i sit on the couch and whine about it to my family. they usually stay away from me cause if i have cramps that means im *****y too.
