I have been trawling the internet with a view to searching out exercises to do as I am so frustrated with the fact that my weight continues to remain more or less the same since last Xmas!!
Was delighted to find a Zumba on Youtube...specifically for this.

I can't really see what body parts this doesn't use. Do you find it to be easier on your joints, perhaps? How are you logging it?

That looks like fun...something I can do on my break at work.

I noticed a cane in your picture. Can you do upper body exercises?? Cardio hitting a punching bag, boxing, or just standing, squatting slightly and punching a across your body gets my heart rate going good and I burn alot of calories doing that. Or some type of water aerobics.

Zumba Gold is an awesome workout for the disabled there are also gyms that sometimes offer water Zumba.

Regular Zumba is very high impact so if you were to attempt it then do Zumba Gold you would see that there is a significant difference. After a typical Zumba class my hips, core, thighs and calves are burning.
