Just joined, looks good at the moment. Have filled in todays food diary (can't find half a pint of skimmed milk though) Am looking forward to meeting you all and to loosing a few pounds by Christmas!

1 pint = 2 cups, skim milk = nonfat milk--so you could enter 1 cup nonfat milk. 'Hope that helps.0
