just bought almond milk for first time (for my protein shake)...cant wait to try this recipe
  • BUMP!
  • Eating it now... YUM. Even shared it with my non-dieting BF and he was astounded that so much came from my (as he puts it) "gross" Almond Milk. This will definitely be a recipe that sticks around for a while! Thanks!

    This sounds so good:). Bump
I tried this idea today but not with almond milk. I wanted something a bit more rich with more protein.

    Blended together the following ingredients:
1/2 cup Fage 0% plain yogurt
    2 tbsp PB2
    1/2 banana
    1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
    dash of vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
... shook in the ice bag per OP's instructions... Voila! Frozen Yogurt!!!

I have done this when I had a serious craving for ice cream and it really does curb the craving for the real thing and hit the spot! Super easy and fast to make too!

So cool! The people here really do come up with some good recipes, actually makes it kinda fun trying to lose weight. I have found a couple so far that I would say were something I would eat if I wasn't trying to diet. Need to try this too.

Bumping for later, have entire carton of Almond milk in fridge, unopened, hope it is still good, I'd love to have me some iceeeee tonite :)

Brain on overtime thinking how to create other flavors, like coffee...hmm, wondering if those sugar free flavored syrups would work??
