    Hi Kathie
    Welcome to MFP.

Come join the thread called "Women 50+ for the month of April"
if that's not the exact title, it's close:laugh: You'll find it on the message boards for Motivation and Support.

There are a lot of great women who post there who are trying to lose the last 10, 15, or 20 pounds and have good ideas and are very supportive.

Having a support group at MFP has been really helpful to me

    Good luck on your journey.

    Thanks everyone!

    barbie....I'll check that out. Thanks!

(I'm going to have to take my ticker off. lifting weights. NOT showing my loss in the weight!)

    ...need to measure, not weigh.

    oh. and....kdsmiles.

    just stubborness. lol.
walked 4-5 days/week with my Better Half.
started lifting weights the 1st of the year.

had to "give up" alcohol. *sigh*. to get this last 20 off.
(or the equivalent in measurements, since I'm "lifting")

and...really needed this site, here at the end. for counting, ya know. those darn calories!
