Howdy folks,

I am so inspired by all of the before and after shots on this site (among other things!), here are two head shots from my starting weight (214lbs / 97K) until now (184lbs / 83K). I am a little more than half way, but have had to slow it down a bit to keep it sustainable. I am still on track to lose what I want in one year :-)

And I am very thankful for my MFP pals who always cheer me on!!

    Thank you. It took me 6 tries to get the photo to load and centered.... need a practice field next time! :-) Or I just need to search the instructions better !
