6 week weight loss challenge

I am going to hold a 6 week weight loss challenge to those of you who want to join. Members must sign up by 11/04/11 (FRI) in order to join. We will weigh in every Friday and I will do weekly rankings and overall totals each week. We will be ranking by loss of body weight percentage. If you are interested...sign up here. Thanks

    Well, 1st of all my plan is to do better in this challenge than the last one we were in together lol.
    I started the ChaLEAN Extreme/TurboFire hybrid schedule today so I just gotta stick to it this time!

    i"m doing strength training 2x week, Moksha yoga once a week, then trying to do cardio the other days (usually Turbo Jam)...and Indoor soccer once a week
