If you like oatmeal, you'll love this and it's so healthy.

Nom! Nom!

The oatmeal I normally make ahead of time per instructions on the package and store in the fridge.

For some reason, the image is a bit to wide to show the entire macro nutrients.

This has just 138 sodium and a nice 8 grams of fiber to boot.

    I'm sure it's great, but that has the amount of cals I'd normally eat for dinner O_O ! Being a small woman sometimes sucks.

    I've been doing something similar except mixing steel cut oats with quinoa and 1 tbs of rolled oats at the end. Plus fruit, usually a banana and some craisins.

    Tasty, filling, and wards off hunger until mid afternoon.

    Yeah, I'll eat this at around 6:30 AM and am good to go until lunch easy...

    Why not cut the recipe in half?
