    (Yeah, Zuzana used to do some soft core stuff. Not sure why that is relevant, though.)

    Same thing I was thinking but anyways. Is there a certain place I should startor just start on whatever day is up?

    You should be able to start in wherever you want but know that you might need to modify some of the moves. She has been using more equipment recently but if you would rather do stuff that doesn't require any equipment, you should go back to some of her earlier stuff because she did quite a number of workouts using only bodyweight exercises (and maybe a chair or something).
