Get a jar of Palmers cocoa butter. The lotion and oil are good to, but I had the most luck with the butter. I used it the entire time I was pregnant and didn't dry out at all.... well, until after the c-section. lol Good luck!0

Or it gets the hose......0 -
As well as the lotion (and I agree Palmers is excellent) have you tried taking any type of fish oil/omega 3 tablets? They are great for your skin (and hair and nails too). I found my skin has been much less flaky and dry since taking them0

We should have a lotion party One with lots of different smells!!!! Creamy, thick or thin.....try them all!!!!!! Find the one that works best for that skin.....Some prefer a salty smell....others prefer a little sweet and sour....HRM....Should be fun!!!! LOL0

Are you consuming enough vitamins? Like maybe you need more niacin bro...0

You look a little ashy, try exfoliating.0
-
Are you drinking enough water?
Essential fatty acids, too... like, use a little bit of hemp oil, or flax oi/flax seed in your cooking.
Do you eat nuts? maybe some raw walnuts, almonds, & cashews (I'm not saying go crazy... but nuts are great nutrition)0 -
I have heard if you slather up with mayo that helps a lot.0

If you have any sort of skin issues, hot water will only make it worse.
Try taking your shower temp down a few notches. Immediately after you pat dry, rub in a lotion with Vitamin A. Any kind of "Gold Bond" brand lotion would be ideal. The ones with the gold caps are the best ones.
And for any really troublesome spots, slather some lanolin on it. My husband has the worst dry elbows I have ever seen. Two night of lanolin, they look like they're someone else's! (You can get lanolin in the baby aisle, it's currently marketed to breastfeeding women).0 -

Not all of us have been here long enough to know who the trolls are.0 -

Some people here have some pretty silly pictures. I don't judge anyone based on that.0

You look very good in the dress! Congrats on being able to finally get into it.0

hmmm.... Id lose the pearls. They draw the eye in to your neck and its a wee bit ashy. But the dress is lovely :flowerforyou:0

You may need to go to your nearest nail salon and ask to borrow one of their callous raspers...it'll do wonders, especially around the bony parts.
Hope this helps!0 -
my dermatologist-recommended solution was avoiding hot showers and baths, and Cetaphil from toes to neck. I love Cetaphil because it doesn't feel greasy, it absorbs in quickly, and is unscented0

You used the hcg didn't you? You're so boney.0
